Planning permission was granted by Plymouth City Council planning committee last night for 12 detached houses, the scheme was approved unanimously by members.
Prior to the planning application there were detailed pre-application discussions to agree the principles for development and the level of detail necessary to support the application. The planning application process ran smoothly and following negotiation it was agreed that there was no requirement for a Section 106 agreement.
