Planning permission has been granted to convert and extend a former language school in Plymouth into 13 flats. This scheme refreshes the building and creates high quality homes in a coastal location. Through a collaborative design team approach the final scheme creates a commercially viable development and a good place for people to live. Repurposing existing urban buildings is a positive way to create much needed small homes.
