5 houses approved on Plymouth fringe site

Outline planning permission has been granted for 5 new homes on the edge of Plymouth. The site was proposed as part of the local plan process and was given an allocation for executive homes. The outline planning application was submitted ahead of the local plan process to confirm the acceptability. This allows the site developer to move towards the detailed design.
