5 houses granted in Kingsbridge

Following positive pre-application discussions full planning permission has been granted for five new houses on the edge of Kingsbridge. The site is within the South Devon AONB and was sensitive as a result. A fully detailed scheme was submitted that included a landscape and visual impact assessment to demonstrate how the scheme fitted in with the environment.
