50 houses approved in Plymouth unanimously by committee

Detailed planning permission was granted yesterday by the Plymouth Planning Committee Members, they voted unanimously in favour of the scheme. James Wells Planning Limited was appointed to take over the case and liaise with Plymouth City Council to present a successful  scheme. The site is heavily constrained as a former railway sidings and has complex ground conditions to deal with and a requirement for local connections through the site. All of these complex relationships were resolved successfully and have resulted in a scheme that can be built out for the end user. Another successful conclusion for a repeat client.
