Adding value in Cornwall!

JWP was retained by an existing client following successful work elsewhere to review land in Cornwall that the client owned. Previous advice was that the site had no obvious potential for development. Some sites are hard to evaluate when policy is subjective. However, JWP looked at the site to understand what potential might exist and have recently been granted Class Q prior approval and permission in principle for 1-2 new houses. Sometimes it is possible to provide alternative ways to add value in a cost effective manner. JWP were pleased to provide a helpful evaluation of the site that met with what the land owner hope to achieve.
