Amendmemts granted and CIL avoided

Approval has just been given for amendments to an existing scheme that had been previously commenced. The new scheme is more cost effective for the client and significantly saves thousands of pounds on a potential contribution to the community infrastructure levy (CIL). This is one of the first such approvals within Plymouth which relied upon constructive dialogue between the Council and James Wells Planning.
