An appeal has been allowed in Plymouth to extend a house following refusal by the Council. We took the case on for the applicant having reviewed the scheme with them and concluding it was worth challenging. Often there are matters of judgement in planning to take account of the characteristics of an area. In this case we felt that the proposals were well considered and justified, the Planning Inspector also took the same view. This now allows a family to alter their home for new requirements.
