Appeal allowed in Conservation Area.

Planning permission has been allowed on appeal for work to create off road car parking. The works included the formation of an entrance through a boundary wall and regrading works. The case was presented that there was no harm to the fundamental character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The Inspector accepted the submissions and granted planning permission for the development subject to conditions about the materials to be used.
