Permission granted on appeal for a new house in the garden of an existing house in Plymouth. The main issue was how the new house affected the character of the area. Following a thorough assessment by JWP it was clear the proposal was acceptable and dismissed points raised by the Council. The Inspector dealing with the appeal accepted the points being made and allowed the appeal.
