Planning permission and listed building consent have been granted for a holiday let. A listed barn can now be converted to help an active farm provide an income in addition to the main business. Gaining permission is complex within a National Park and converting a listed building provides a further challenge. We worked closely with an Architect who is familiar with listed buildings and presented a sound justification to support the case. This type of work is very rewarding when it supports farming and brings new life to very old buildings.
