Planning permission has been granted for a new cafe to serve an existing small shopping centre in Plymouth. The former shop will now have a new lease of life and serve the local area with a much needed facility. Prior to submitting the application discussions were held with the Council to ensure the submission provided the right level of detail. Planning conditions were agreed prior to the formal decision being issued which allows work to start straight away.
