Change of use from retail in district centre approved

PLANNING PERMISSION granted for a change of use away from retail to a restaurant use in a busy district centre in Plymouth. The site had previous refusals for the same proposal in the past. However, a change in local policy allowed a different approach to be taken. Application of this new policy along with changes in the NPPF and assessment of the site context allowed approval to be given for the change.
