Change of use to community hub approved

Planning permission has been granted for the change of use of former offices to a community hub for a local Church group to run counselling services. Following a productive pre-application enquiry with the Council all the relevant issues were dealt with up-front to allow for a smooth application process, full local consultation took place to explain the purpose of the facility and to ally any potential concerns. The approval came through rapidly following the pre-application consultation and all conditions were dealt with up front.
