Contemporary dwelling approved in Plymouth conservation area

Permission has just been granted for a contemporary dwelling in a well established Plymouth Conservation Area. The permission follows on from extensive work by James Wells Planning Limited in substantiating the case. It was successfully argued that the scheme fits carefully into the historic environment in a positive way and allows the evolution of the place in order to thrive.
