Contemporary house in Exeter Conservation Area approved.

Following careful pre-application discussion with Council officers, a large contemporary house has been approved in a prestigious Exeter Conservation Area. The scheme explored the context of this established and mature suburb and used this to create an appropriate design response. Planning permission was granted with both planning and conservation officers being satisfied with the scheme. This allows the Conservation Area to evolve.
