Detailed designs are moving ahead on a unique site in the Pennsylvania Conservation Area, Exeter. This is a truly unique site within the well established Pennsylvania area of Exeter. The scheme will aim to provide a truly modern house that captures the splendid views out over the city and at the same time be discrete from views around the site.
