Permission has been granted to replace an old and tired property in a sensitive Cornish village location. Following an earlier refusal for a similar proposal, JWP and the scheme Architects worked hard to present a convincing case to explain the benefits of the proposal. Replacement properties offer an opportunity to provide homes that will be efficient and have low running costs in the future. Developing in existing locations can sometimes be difficult and care is needed to make it work.
