Demolition of house makes way for 9 flats in Plymouth

9 FLATS APPROVED ON SITE OF HOUSE – Permission has been granted for a new build containing 9 flats on the site of an existing house in Plymouth. Following careful negotiations with the local authority a successful scheme was agreed upon with a Section 106 agreement being provided as part of the scheme. The scheme made the best use of a difficult site with tree and level issues to overcome. The scheme was generated to maximise the value of the site.
