Exeter day nursery planning application

James Wells has been expanding his area of work as a planning consultant in to Exeter. We are currently working on a planning application to seek a change of use from office space to a day nursery. After a very constructive period of negotations with Exeter City Council we are moving towards securing approval allowing our client to expand in to the Exeter area. Exeter City Council have been very collaborative in their approach to working with us and we are now looking for other sites in the area.
