We are currently working with a well established Cornish day nursery provider as part of an expansion programme for sites through the South West. Permission has been secured for a site in Plymouth and a further permission is due on a site in Exeter in the near future. Assistance has been provided on dealing with the planning issues for the day nursery use in different locations throughout the South West. Understanding the way the client has to operate and their specific requirements allow a successful relationship between client, myself and the local authorities that we deal with.
