Home approved in South Devon AONB

Planning permission has just been granted for a contemporary dwelling in the South Hams AONB outside of the established development boundary. James Wells Planning Limited engaged in pre-application discussions with the local Council and presented the proposal to the design review panel. There was a well received support by the panel for the proposal following extensive work by the scheme Architect and James Wells who worked in collaboration. A case was presented for the proposal through the pre-application process which was supported by planning officers. The case went to planning committee with a recommendation for approval and was duly granted permission.
