Planning permission for a new house within the Conservation Area and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has recently been approved. This was a sensitive site that required careful negotiation with the Council to allow permission to be granted without the need for appeal. Through a sensitive approach of the design team it was possible to provide a well design ed scheme that met the client needs and satisfied the Council on the impact of the development.
