House approved on Plymouth borders

Planning permission has been approved for a new home in a slightly unusual position. The site has its’ access from a green lane on the boundary of Plymouth in a tucked away location. The application follows on from an early enquiry to the Council to consider the potential of the site to accommodate a new home. After resolving technical and legal concerns it was successfully argued that a new home on the site would be a positive for the area. Conditional planning permission has now been approved.
