Outline permission has been granted for a small overgrown site on the edge of Plymouth. Permission has been given for 2 large detached houses following a successfully presented case to demonstrate how the site would work without compromising either the neighbours amenity or the largely rural feel of the site. Indicative plans showed houses of about 200 square metres in size each with large gardens and a double garage.
