James Wells Planning has undertaken its’ first commission in London acting for a landowner who owns an office block. Work is under way to seek conversion of the offices, using a prior approval system, to allow residential use. Further work is also planned for the building to allow more residential units on the site. This work demonstrates that geography is no boundary to planning consultancy work. A thorough approach allows for successful outcomes in any part of the country.
