JWP have secured a Lawful Development Certificate for the use of a building for commercial purposes. A small company have been using a building for more than 10 years. As the company had been operating in breach of a planning condition that limited the use it was necessary to regularise the situation. After assembling the evidence to demonstrate the case the Council were able to grant a certificate that confirms the use. JWP regularly deal with similar cases.
