JWP has recently been granted a lawful development certificate to confirm the status of a property arranged as self contained flats. Working with the property owner we were able to provide confirmation that the property had been occupied for a period of time that meant it was now immune from enforcement action and is lawful. We work on similar cases quite routinely and have a good understanding of this process to help clients obtain the necessary paperwork for property transactions.
