Planning permission has been granted for a metal recycling business to operate from a new premises in Devon. The existing business needed larger premises to operate from due to expansion. JWP worked with the owner to develop the planning application to allow a smooth process and permission being granted with workable planning conditions. JWP work alongside a number of commercial uses to help them develop a strategy for a successful outcome.
