Mid Devon scheme for 300 houses progresses.

We are currently working on a masterplan redevelopment of a large section of land to regenerate land within a town centre location. The site is complex and involves a multi disciplinary team approach to deal with flood risk issues, heavy contamination, ecology and highway matters. The scheme is at an early stage in the process to resolve the complex interlinked issues.
