Mixed residential and cafe use granted in Plymouth shopping frontage

Planning permission has just been granted for a mixed use allowing retail and a cafe use. The premises are within the core frontage of a local shopping centre in Plymouth and will allow for a greater diversity of activity to promote use into the evenings. The permission follows on from early discussions with relevant departments within the Council to promote a smooth process.
