Motocycle showroom to retail approved

FORMER MOTORCYCLE SHOWROOM TO RETAIL USE APPROVED – Permission has been granted for the change of use of a former motorcycle showroom to general retail use in a major Cornish town location. Following careful review of the site and checking with established local planning policies it was possible to secure a higher value use for the client on a site that was no longer needed for their operation.
