We were asked to assist on a project that had received negative pre-app consultations for a new home within a garden and close to other houses and listed buildings.
With a clear understanding of the issues from extensive experience on other projects we were able to quickly respond to the concerns. A modern design was proposed and careful arrangement of the building within the site allowed for the main issues to be dealt with. Some projects are sensitive and with good judgement and experience a positive response to these constraints allows a permission to be granted. Often good schemes are derived from difficult sites. This now means a new modern home will be provided in a sustainable location, this is good news for lots of people and businesses. We were very pleased to produce a successful outcome for the land owner.
