New house allowed in South Hams AONB with protected trees on site.

Planning approval has been granted following a carefully developed scheme to allow a new house within the South Devon AONB. A full project team approach allowed planning permission to be granted and involved landscape architects, arborists, ecologists, drainage engineers and architects! The site was very sensitive with many constraints and a recently adopted Neighbourhood Plan to deal with. Planning approval was granted under delegated powers.
