NEW HOUSE IN SOUTH DEVON AONB APPROVED

Planning permission has been granted for a new home within the South Devon AONB. Following on from earlier work a successful case was made to demonstrate how a house could be successfully provided at the site without harming the landscape quality. Any work within an AONB requires a clear understanding of the issues in order to devise a viable scheme. It is important to understand the character of the area and what is important about it. In this case the scheme was developed with a full understanding of the local area that allowed permission to be granted.
