Permission granted for day nursery on business park

PERMISSION GRANTED FOR DAY NURSERY AT BUSINESS PARK – The change of use from an established business unit to a childrens day nursery has been granted permission. The application proposed the change of use of a well established office use to a day nursery on a business park in northern Plymouth. Justification was provided to show that the use would not harm other office occupiers and would be a useful addition for workers with young children. The nursery provides first rate care for children up to school age for working parents. Work is due to start on the conversion shortly.
