Permission granted for large gym in Plymouth.

Planning permission has recently been granted for the change of use of a former call centre to a state of the art gym. The scheme will now fully utilise a large previously redundant building and provide employment for 30 people. The scheme built upon a robust pre-application case with the Council and allowed a smooth process leading to a conditional planning permission in a timely fashion.
