Permission granted in Plymouth Conservation Area

Following detailed discussions with the Council a large extension to a very prominent existing building has just been granted permission. The scheme will provide for 6 student flats and helps to upgrade the character of part of the Conservation Area that has historically been of a poor appearance. The scheme successfully demonstrates that commercial benefits and significant environmental improvements can go hand in hand when dealt with correctly.
