Permission in principle for new home approved South Hams

Permission in principle has been granted for a new home on the boundary of South Hams and Plymouth. The new home is located within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is understood to be the first such permission within the South Hams. The process is a useful way of confirming the principle of development without the full costs.
