JWP helped a homeowner wishing to extend their home in the South Hams. Following an appraisal of a refused scheme JWP advised that an appeal should be made against the decision. It was clear that the reasons were not convincing and it prevented a homeowner from developing their home for an expanding family. With appropriate analysis it was possible to counter the points raised by the Council and allow a well reasoned case to be provided. In addition, the conditions suggested by the Council were also overturned as being not necessary. We are always happy to help on projects of whatever scale.
