Planning permission has been allowed on appeal for a new access and parking area to serve an existing house in a South Hams village. JWP were engaged to provide an overview during the application process and to provide guidance on what would assist the case following an earlier refusal. Based on the initial input it meant that if the proposal went to appeal it gave the best chance of success by putting forward the arguments up front. The appeal was allowed with the Inspector agreeing with the points being made in the submission.
