Planning permission has been granted for the conversion of a long established office to a house in a South Devon village. Early discussions were held with the local authority to agree on the general parameters of the development and to agree on a format for the planning application. Following positive contact, planning permission was subsequently granted and allowed a new lease of life for the building.
