Planning permission granted for change of use to flats

Planning pernmission has been granted for a period property in Plymouth to be converted to flats after a previous refusal. James Wells Planning provided advice following an initial refusal to provide additional supporting material that enabled the Council to reverse the previous decision and avoid the need for an appeal. All details were provided with the application that means no conditions need to be discharged later on which saves everyone time and money.
