Proposal submitted in East Devon AONB for new house.

James Wells Planning Limited has recently submitted a proposal for a contemporary detached house near Budleigh Salterton. The site is located with the East Devon AONB and is surrounded by mature trees. This is a very sensitive site with many constraints to consider. East Devon District Council will now consider the scheme.
