Redevelopment of garage site to housing

Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of a former commercial garage business to housing. The central Plymouth site is now set for a new use following earlier constructive pre-application discussions with the Council. The scheme has been agreed in principle through the early engagement and led to a smooth planning application process.
