Permission has been granted for a new showroom at a long established marine business in Kingsbridge, South Devon. Following previous efforts, we were appointed to help progress a scheme that allows the business to extend and create a modern environment. The site had a range of technical issues to overcome that involved flood risk, conservation area and listed buildings and close proximity to nearby homes. Each issue was carefully evaluated to provide a positive response and carefully reasoned outcome. Permission was granted following a planning committee meeting and a positive recommendation from the planning officer. This allows the business to invest, expand and create new jobs for the future.
