Full planning permission has been granted following a request to remove a planning condition for temporary use. The temporary permission centred around concern over how the use would affect nearby neighbours. It was necessary to demonstrate how the use could operate without affecting the amenity of the neighbours. In order to provide a safeguard it was suggested that a management plan could be imposed to overcome any potential issues. Accordingly this gave the control and comfort to allow permission to be granted.
