Time restriction removed – plymouth site has temporary consent removed.

Full planning consent has been given at a site in the Derriford area of Plymouth for a day nursery. Previously a temporary consent had been issued owing to uncertainty about the future of the area resulting from a draft Area Action Plan. After the plan was found un-sound the case for a temporary permission was no longer justified and following application the time limit was dropped. The result for the business was to provide them with certainty for their future at the site.
