Detailed planning permission has been granted for the conversion of a large water tank into a modern dwelling. The plans were approved following on from a prior approval to allow the change of use to residential. The approved scheme makes use of a very large space to provide an attractive living environment for a lucky family! The home is located on the borders between Plymouth and South Hams.
