Work on truly outstanding dwelling on Cornish estate underway

The early stages of a brief to create a ‘truly outstanding’ new house within the grounds of a Cornish country estate are under way. A development team has been established to devise a scheme that seeks to meet the test imposed by paragraph 55 of National Planning Policy Framework.
